Join Ada and our Basic Training team (3 men and 3 women) as they take you through a variety of innovative stretches and body warming moves to get you ready for the workout.

Ada and her team take you through a high energy invigorating low impact aerobics routine guaranteed to get you pumping and burning of excess weight!
Strength - 8:00
Ada focuses on correct form and execution of moves in a safe way as she takes you through toning and strengthening exercises to help tone your shoulders, triceps, quads and buns. Ada then focuses intensely on correct execution of abdominal moves to help strengthen and tighten up you tummy area. She finishes with a set of pushups just for fun!
Cool down - 5:00
We finish this invigorating workout with a nice, calm easy to follow stretch and flexibility routine.
