|Synopsis||We find Ada and her Basic Training team on the tarmac at Wheeler Air Force base in the Wahiawa district of the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The airfield is landing zone for military choppers and is set against a majestic view of mountains.
Warm up - 5:00
Ada leads you through easy to follow moves that will warm up your body getting you ready for the action that follows in the next segments.
Cardio - 5:00
Follow Ada and the team as they take you through low impact aerobics moves combining punching techniques and other high energy moves to help you improve your heart and lungs capacity.
Strength - 8:00
Todays strength segment focuses on the back muscles starting with the larger muscles of the latissimus and working the way to the mid back and muscles along your spine. Then we focus on shaping and toning the arms (biceps) and continue with specific exercises target the Buttocks muscles. We finish this segment with abdominal work on the floor.
Cool down - 5:00
Ada takes you through a relaxing easy to follow stretch to help open the pelvic and hip area and stretch out the thighs finishing with breathing exercises.
