Warm up - 5:00
This warm up will start your workout with with Ada and her crew in front of a Navy ship and set against the beautiful Pearl Harbor background.

Cardio - 5:50
Ada takes you through sets of low impact moves with several peaks throughout the workout to challenge you. All moves are low impact and gentle on the joints.

Strength - 8:00
Join Ada for a challenging strength segment challenging the back muscles, the bicep muscles and the buttock muscles. Light dumbbells (optional) are used for extra resistance. The segments finishes off with an abdominal section challenging the upper abs, lower abs and oblique muscles.

Cool down - 5:00
Relax and stretch after a strong workout by stretching the quad muscles and opening the lower back area. Easy to follow stretching exercises anyone can do.
