| Synopsis | Gilad and his mother talk about her surviving breast cancer at the beginning of the show. Ada leads the workout with her mother, Mette, Trella and Ed. The sun sets behind the island of Lanai in this one. See if you can freeze the frame and see the 'green flash'. The area of the day is the waist and the floor work concentrates on the abs and inner thighs. During the inner thigh segment Gilad is standing behind the camera making faces at Ada to see if he can make her laugh. Notice how Ada snaps her fingers as she counts off the repetitions. At the end of the show Gilad appears with a 5 month old baby...who just happens to be Alexandra Hearn, the director's daughter. |
