| Synopsis | Gilad is the good guy in this one, dressed all in white. This episode was shot at Ulehawa Beach Park on the Waianae Coast of Oahu. The area of the day is the chest. The floor work segment features standing hips thighs and buns exercises followed by different kinds of crunches for the abs. It is interesting to note the way Trella's hair is braided. I don't think I have ever seen it this way before. |
