Stolen device and suspicious activity
If the device you use to watch Gilad TV is stolen, and if you are seeing suspicious activity on your account, please contact us immediately. Activity is only stored for a limited time, so it's important that you contact us as soon as you realize something is wrong.
Requests for information must be submitted by a law enforcement agency; we can work with law enforcement to trace the activity on your stolen device in an attempt to locate it.
