Low impact moves focusing on large moves to raise the heart beat and burn fat.
Strength - 8:00
In this strength segment you will see a live coast guard drill! The segment focuses on the shoulders and back muscles and on the bicep muscles. Ada then ads a tight routine to strengthen and tone the buttocks and thighs and finishes with tummy flattening abs routine.
Cool down - 5:00
In this stretch segment we use a towel to help dig deep into the hamstring muscles. Lower back stretches are also introduced.
