Join Ada and our enthusiastic cast members for a full body warm up preparing you for the cardio and strength segments.
Cardio - 5:50
In this low impact heart pumping segment Ada ads upper body moves that will help bring your heart rate up and help you burn off calories in a hurry!
Strength - 8:00
In this strength segment we demonstrate bent over pulley rows for toning the back muscles with light dumbbells for extra resistance. The shoulders are also worked in 3 different angles to help you reshape and tone this area. Then we help tone the arms with bicep exercises and continue with toning exercises for the lower body. As always, a short effective abs toning routine finishes off this challenging segment.
Cool down - 5:00
In this segment Ada will stretch and relax your body in a swan dive position to help relax and stretch the back muscles and hamstrings.
