|Synopsis||In Pearl Harbor and right in front of the Navy's Benjamin Stoddert ship three women, three men and Ada your host take you through an invigorating full body workout.
Warm up - 5:00
A full body warm up to stretch and warm you up with Ada and her devoted basic training crew.
Cardio - 5:50
Big low impact moves combined with upper body strength moves to get your heart pumping and your metabolic rate up!
Strength - 8:00
In this strength segment we do overhead shoulder presses, upright shoulder lifts and triceps extensions to help reshape and tone those areas. In the second part of this segment Ada demonstrates chest exercises done in a supine position and finishes with an abdominal routine to help flatten and tone your tummy. We finish the segment with a set of pushups for good measures.
